pretty bummed... was supposed to go to Al Sadd Stadium to see the Qatar vs. Korea game tonight but had knee surgery (meniscus repair) yesterday from a footballing accident and will probably have to sit this one out.. oh well, the good side is that I'll get to stay at home and watch the Euros & Asian Qualifiers on TV all night!

Uzbekistan with plenty of chances but they really need a second goal to make sure.. as I said earlier during the Iran game, if the whole point in the game was to come as close to scoring without actually putting the ball into the back of the net, Uzbekistan could be world champs!

EVERY time the camera shows the fat Leb goali, he's fighting with one of his players! Doesn't matter if they've just scored or conceded. Leb is such an entertaining team at home.

 

If you can't score it means there's some flaw in your team. not only pure unlucky.
