I gave up watching hockey. Watching the Sharks choke in the playoffs for like 8 straight years is fooking depressing.
They became too cocky i think. Tim Thomas looking to take a year off i hear. Probably all the political questions got to him.
They're old, they're injured but they have the heart of a champion. The Heat will never have that even with all that talent.
Now i have to hook you to hockey and you'll never leave anywhere. lol...seriously though, you should try it. Give it some time though. Just like other sports, there's exciting games and boring ones..but when you get a team you really like it's pretty much always exciting...hitting, speed, great saves and fighting too..Similar to soccer except there's hitting and you use a stick instead of your feet.
Here's the thing. I would, but I don't have time for everything I'll try to catch some games man. I tracked the Bruins season last year.
I would love nothing more than to see that team lose again. Miami and those 3 especially Lebron, Bosh and Wade can suck it!..Bosh had a chance to make a crappy team like the Raptors (which i cheer for but not hardcore) win and he chose the easy way. Same shit with Lebron too. Cavs fans must be celebrating these days.
I wonder if LA will go nuts this time around. Each time they become Champs their city gets destroyed by thugs and people who don't even care about the sport.

What do you guys think about ex NFL players suing the league for "deliberately ignoring" risks of head injuries? I mean, honestly it's similar to hockey and most NHL players will tell you that they know that they can end up concussed or even worse. As Leafs GM Brian Burke stated, these guys have a choice and still choose the sport and get paid big $$$ to play it. If someone wants to go and play non-contact sport like tennis, they can do so at any time and they won't ever have to worry about the risks associated with playing physical sports like football and hockey.
Celtics have been terrible on their 3-point FGs tonight. Pierce has been dreadful, Garnett not much better. Looks like Heat will take it tonight.
