I forgot when it was first thrown around. Definitely many months ago. Waffling between risk of relegation, transfer monies, other places to go, etc meant that its taken a long time to actually complete.

It wasn't even like Fabregas where there was a pretense of keeping the player.

Adler for free...until we see Hoillet snapped up for nothing, this has got to be the bargain of the summer.

Lols/wow/wtf. I do think however that HSV has money coming in from the league wins of Real Madrid for VdV (because the contract didn't exclude championship payments on resale).

There's a board meeting which has its apparently usual amount of melodrama and conflict.

But some interesting comments which show the financial situation (not good) against possible solutions:

Not sure where they fit as I do not follow much Eredivisie or any Russian football but apparently de Guzman and de Zeeuw are near signing once they search the couches for some fee money (e.g. Tesche, Skjelbred). The attached article sources from Dutch news but Bild is reporting the same.

Perhaps has knock on effect of if Koo is still in the picture or not.

EDIT: de Zeeuw claims to know nothing of the transfer

this is going to be interesting, especially if son scores, which he probably will.
At the same time barcelona will probably destroy hamburg

I believe that will most likely overlap with olympics or at least preparation for such.

And I doubt either will be going hard post Euro / pre season. I believe they are getting higher quality opponents only because of club anniversary or something.

Dang, Hamburg is all over the rumors right now with Altintop (RM version) linked and continuing links of Tore to Turkey.

    Official now (from club site):

also looks like Abraham is going to be a done deal once they figure out a graceful exit to his pre-contract with Getafe

This is the Son Heung Min that I know. Took a hours to make a decision which is the end just shooting. He don't pass. He really don't pass, it's rare to see him pass the ball to anyone when the team start building a chance. Still need to do a lot to be better player.

I only wish Hamburg will loan him to a smaller club in the Bundesliga where he'll get more chance to play. But I know it's almost impossible to happen, although it's will be wise move for his development.
