Thank you Captain Obvious. The word "deserve" is generally used in a more qualitative sense, at least for soccer discussions. Staying up on points is quantitative. Hence, my point that deserve's got nothing to do with it. Of course my comment wasn't just about Bolton.
It'll be difficult with Holden coming off a long term injury, and Ream only having half a season under his belt. Holden could get some offers, but Bolton will want too much for the teams who would be willing to take a chance on him without seeing how he's recovered.
I thinks unlikely at the moment: Ream only arrived at Bolton two seconds ago and Holden has been out injured for a very long time.
