And remember the context too - somehow, "community organizer" was considered especially worthless in comparison to a mayor (a mostly ceremonial position in most small towns, by the way) of the meth capital of Alaska. Conservatives really are weird.

But people in the Silicon Valley tend to be out of touch anyway, even if they are regular folk, not wealthy entrepreneurs. I think it's because all the stories about nerds making it big rub off on the regular folk.

For example, I tell somebody anywhere else in the world that I have a small business, and they say something like "it must be nice to be your own boss". I tell somebody in the Silicon Valley the same and they typically say, "when are you going to take it public?"

It's a weird world out there. It's not about trying to turn a profit - it's about having a killer app to get you noticed and bought out by Facebook or Google (and hope you don't get patent-trolled by one of Nathan Myhrvold's shell companies).

Well yeah, he's no community organizer, he does valuable work.

By the way ... He's a virgin? With her? Talk about strength of character.

How did that jingle from My Fair Lady go?

"With a little bit of luck, With a little bit of luck,
When temptation comes you'll give right in!"

Your version of Genesis makes more sense than the original.

I'm guessing he wants his first marriage to be his only marriage.

    Is Romney a liberal plant?

Bishop Romney is totally off the mark on this one. I asked my parents to pay for my college. they told me that the repatriation costs of pulling a bit off the Caymen pile is more than the interest rate of the Student loan. So, I should take out the student loan then get it paid for by the hedge house when I get my signing bonus. I think Mitt needs to think these things through more.

If I took away scholarships my wife and I received, we have a combined $750k education. I just don't think my parents would've been up for that.

So, Mitt has now alienated women, latinos and young people. The republican party is moving towards the party of the "pup tent."

Unfortunately those are also the demographics least likely to vote.. Well, married women vote, but they tend to lean Republican, but the drop in support for the Republicans is largely among single females, who don't vote.

So us furrners can't take the best jobs, as we are doing at the minute due to our free/much cheaper college educations.

    Two things:

    1) Unless you are a resident of the state of Kentucky or a private donor who donates to my university, you do not subsidize my degree.

    2) Fyp. Apparently enough people disagree with you and nicephoras to let me go the whole nine yards.

    Two things:

    1. Taxpayers are subsidizing the education of any student that gets a federal loan or grant.
    2. In your case the money is wasted.
