I'm glad our management is seemingly much more patient and realistic about our current situation.

Too much patience will make them look as fools.

Our American owners need to understand this is Europe, this is not baseball, and patience is not positive thing here in Europe, results are expected.

Patience when we show a positive trend is OK, patience when are going down hill with NO improvement since the start of the year is stupid.

I'm done with this thread, people don't understand that Europe works differently, especially Italy. This project is going nowhere while we have a loser like LE at the helm. I was afraid of becoming another Liverpool when we were bought over by Americans.

Lol, we're challenging for a European spot (CL up until today's loss) while in the first season of a complete club transformation. The club finally has a positive long term outlook ahead of it, yet because we've lost some games this year, our project is going nowhere.

Another Liverpool? Is that somehow a real slight? Liverpool is in good hands with their owners right now. The club is heading in the right direction overall, though I'm not sold that Dalglish is the right man long term for them.

About 200 ultras are reported to be blocking the player's bus outside the Olimpico...

Jose Angel and Bojan tried to leave early, they were stopped by the Police and advised not to.

I dont think the lost the locker room comments make any sense. I watched most of the second half and the team tried very hard to get back into the game and dominated. Not a sign of a team not trying for a manager. However, the late goal is f ucking typical Roma over the last number of years. But just look at the starting defence today. Not one of them should be a starter next season.

It's over, players have gone home. I don't think their 'uscite a mezzanotte' held much. People in Rome are not happy though, wouldn't be surprised to see some ultras at Trigoria in the next few days.

You can't run a squad by firing the manager every time you get a string of bad results. You can't have a team that is so fickle that every time the team underperforms that we have to bring in a new manager and install a whole new system. I am tired of that crap in Europe and in Italy. Perhaps "patience" is something that needs to be injected into the European game. Look at Inter after Mourhino left. They were a CL winning squad. Their manager leaves and suddenly they have had what - 5 managers in like 2 years? Switching managers every time they get bad results hasn't made their squad any better.

We have become dedicated to a system. It has only been implemented for one season. Many more signings are necessary to make that system be truly realized. With the defensive depth we have right now - it is any wonder that we are even at the top half of the table. Our team is still far too reliant on Totti to come up with some magic - which he did today.

CL was always a pipe dream at the start of the season. We had our chances of actually competing for 3rd place but we blew it numerous times. I don't see this season as a success but I also don't see it as a failure. Lets beef up the defense and the midfield with quality signings. Then if LE still can't handle the tactics - he will have no excuses and he should be replaced.

LE doesn't deserve another season. Roma's high place in the league can be purely attributed to an overall weak Serie A this season. And if these said teams are not "weak," then they have truly underperformed this season.

What you said is true, but I'd be patient with a proven coach, not a B team coach.

Excuse me if its been mentioned elsewhere but thought it belonged here.... Pablo Osvaldo suspended for two games for offending the referee and the fourth official.

Osvaldo and Lamela really don't care about their teammates and just do what they want.

Totti did similar things when he was younger.
