A fight breaks out among fans of the same team and someone dies. Man, I love sitting with the MB sometimes, but that environment is way too hot. People there really don't have a lot of respect for their neighbors. Just like any of the other barras in the country, you'll get those avalanches, pushes and shoves from all over. I see fights all the time when I go, just that they get separated quickly. But let me tell you this...alcohol is one of the big perpetrators for most violence. I see people bringing in those tetrapacks of Norteno and guzzling it down like nobody's business. If the goal is to get shitfaced at the stadium, they are succeeding. I wish it doesn't have to get to the point where they have to ban the sale of alcohol completely, but they should ban outside bottles or coolers from coming in. 2 beer limit in-house, or ban it all together like they do in parts of Europe.

    Tragic for the kid's family...RIP

YES!!! They're so unprofessional in Ecuador when it comes to making these decisions. But at the same time it's customary to bring in stuff into the stadiums and not being able to do so means less people in the stadium. And there's already many people who only go to the stadium when we play a top 6 team. That's less money for Liga, so i can see that from their point of view. People in Ecuador don't know how to drink either, that's another problem. They're complete morons with alcohol and don't know how to control themselves. I can get shitfaced in a stadium and still keep my cool and have a good time, i don't see what' so hard about that. All teams need to come up with a way to either increase the level of security in the stadiums and have drastic sanctions for the idiots who commit crimes. Then they'll learn to control their alcohol without it having to be banned. F*ckin idiots!!

Reasco and Amrossi =weak. Thats what happened. time for a change. I even heard chucho Bolanos and Cheme are skipping their training again. smh, immature players. no wonder bolanos couldnt cut it anywhere. We got to be the only team that puts up with his bs. He needs to be checked.
I think Alexander Pabon would take Reasco spot and rule over him easily, Bauza needs to give him a chance. Sandro Rojas and Elvis Bone are gonna start next game.

That goal by Angulo was unexpected. I thought Liga had the win in the bag. Nice header by him tho...Every team goes through rough stretches but Liga has to come out of it if they want to contend...This is not the Liga that we are accustomed to seeing. I heard Paz say the other day that a complete and sudden generational change is a bad idea, which I agree. The change has to be gradual. And that is something that they have failed to do. Liga has not broken in any players from their youth system (upset Cevallos, but don't be naive, that kid plays because some guy named Panchito is his father), or gone after promising talents from other teams.Liga getting old is not breaking news. The more they wait, the more difficult its gonna become.

It was a bittersweet tie for Independiente. The kid Ramirez got hurt on the Liga goal. Hard to say if he was fouled by a Liga player, hopefully its not serious. It looks as if he suffered a concussion. Fingers crossed that it isn't...they can be tricky.

Wasn't you the one that was bad mouthing Sonda because they didn't want to give Bolaños to Liga? Now, they are immature to you? Not good anymore? I told "EVERYONE" here back when Liga won the copa lib that he was garbage. And people got pissed when rumours flew around about Bolanos going to Español in Barcelona and I said no why in Hell. as For Cheme or chila or whatever the ******** his name is. Doesn't surprise me and Its Liga's Fault. Basically everything that Cheme did is O.K according to Liga. Who was the first club to get alex Bolaños after he Killed someone while driving drunk? along with his Brother? Shall I go on? and Barcelona is the bad one with discipine problems? Basically Barcelona get rid of them and Liga hires them. Maybe Liga should nationalize more Players so that why they don't have to have a Youth System.. By the way, why in the hell does Liga have a youth system anyways? Just a waste of money. Who was the last above average player that Liga gave Ecuador?

I dont think Chucho Bolanos lacks talent. His discipline just irritates me. Of course i wanted him to stay along with the majority of fans b/c we place big expectations on him and b/c his futbol is convincing when he actually wants to play and not fool around like a 5 yr old. And im just as frustrated that we dont move up any young players into the first team. I was the one that said we should be letting some young players slowly cut into the first team exactly a year ago. Same with this year. But Liga is stalling with it. Last year was the freakin chance to get these kids some playing time.

Alexander Pavon, JF Cevallos, Sandro Rojas, and that kid Gutierrez are 4 players Liga should definitely give some playing time. And theres more.

All I can say is Reasco, Ambrossi, Urrutia, Ulises- Time to sit down. even Enrique Vera. Manso and Mendez are old but they got enough in their tank for one more good season.

Enrique Vera is out for 6-7 months AGAIN. When he comes back from his injury i have a hard time seeing him get any minutes at all. Sucks for him, but good luck on his recovery.

Yeah it was a total bummer. At this point, I'm certain that retirement is starting to be considered because these injuries are becoming common and almost expected. Some people's bodies deteriorate faster than others when playing sports. I think Vera is hitting that spot in his career. Sad, but we knew it was coming. The good thing is that we do have support this year. Hopefully the rest of the team can stay healthy. Liga just needs to play better.

i would but all you really gotta know is that we played AWFULLY again. Barcelona dominated the match and could have easily won. We got lucky THANK GOD! But Manso needs to stay on the bench. cant stand seeing him play. No one played well besides Dominguez, as usual in the last few games.

    10. If your trying to say the Argentine league is more competitive, of course it is. Or are you here to say how much Bieler sucks? I still dont understand how you can say players like Bieler and Barcos suck when they've done so well in international tournaments. Barcos is doing work in Palmeiras now and will probably continue to do so. so much for you saying "i dont want a player like that in Boca".

Bieler Sucks. So much for people being pissed off when he said that if he scores half in Argentina as he did in Ecuador, he'll be alright. And barcos? No thank you.. Sure he'll score goals in Brazil against Piranha FC and FC MACACA and the millions of clubs that noone has ever heard of.

didnt you say the same about Guerron? and then he ended up doing well in the Brasilerao. WHen he was healthy he started and managed to score against the top clubs of the league. Im sure Barcos will have no problem standing out in the Brasileirao.

Am I missing something? Has Guerron turned into a Monster Player? Funny how you said "When he was healthy", He was heathy in Getafe. What Happened? The brasilian league and playing in "Quito" is PERFECT for a player like Guerron. Go forward at 200 MPH and leave your fellow partners out in the wind. In Brasil, they don't care. Go forward... In Quito, Opposition were too tired to take advantages left by his absence. In Europe? Not Happening.. I remember the Final of the Copa Lib where Enrique had to get his Hamstrings and Quadriceps Taped up. and we saw them spasm. Vera is a Monster. I don't recall any player going thru that. And guess who Vera was covering? Guerron has everything to be successful in the Prem league but he's too stupid. You think he would have learned something at Boca...

we should have made Daniel Samaniego an addition to our team this year. Paz screwed up, that kid is one of the reasons Independiente is leading the table. And we continue to have horrible performances. I'm starting to doubt we make it to Copa Sudamericana this year. I see Independiente, Barcelona and Emelec as the main candidates for the 2 direct positions and 1 the playoff position

Regrettably Mendez and Manso have not been playing at their normal level. Is it more time that's needed or something else all together?

i honestly don't know. There's been past seasons where we've started off well, went down hill, but then picked ourselves up towards the end. But it looks like this time we've gone down hill for real and are having major trouble getting back on course. Theres FIVE freakin games left. FIVE! one of them against Emelec in Guayaquil on Wednesday. Our team depends only on Bieler and if no one gets the ball to him, then we simply won't score and tie at best.

When we signed Mendez and Manso I remember saying ONLY ONE of them. NOT both. We filled our team with old players and this was going to happen. Since last season I've been going nuts that Bauza isn't giving any young players an opportunity in the first team. JF Cevallos should start ALL games and on top of that we should play with another juvenil. Where's Pabon, Gutierrez, Sandro Rojas, Richard Calderon, and the rest of upcoming players? Doesn't it make sense to give some of them an opportunity now that Manso and Mendez are slacking and also b/c theres NOT ONE good carrilero on either side of the field? I think so. Bauza and Esteban Paz don't.

Esteban Paz said a few weeks ago "El campeonato no se gana con juveniles." That makes me feel like we're far from giving any of those kids some minutes. But look at the team that's in first place right now- Independiente. A team FILLED and dependent of their juveniles. Looks at the second place team- Barcelona. A team with more juveniles getting minutes then ours, and mixed with experienced players (not old ones).

damn 3-0 against emelec. at this point it's more than obvious we are done for this Primera Etapa and will more than likely not even make it to the Sudamericana anymore. Time for a huge change. Bauza better make moves NOW. No more waiting, watching us lose like this is awful

Things are very tight in our tournament, lets see who's able to hold it together longer.Barcelona has the more effective defense to Emelecs most effective offense, should be a very interesting match in the next clasico. Can liga de Loja hold on,or would they suffer a tropezon like Independiente last night?Bauza is walking a tight rope now after losing to Emelec last night..in any case this will be a fight to the end..
