    I've seen Ronaldo win league titles in 3 different countries, playing with 3 different teams and coaching staffs.

    Messi playing with the same exact players, league, and team HIS WHOLE LIFE. Let us also not forget the 12th man.

    Maxi's stupidity killed this game. Benfica showed lots of heart tonight, heads held high.

    All I can say is it was embarrassing for Chelsea to struggle against a 10 men Benfica and almost failed to progress. Sucks to be out but happy with Benfica's performance! Proud of you boys. If would have been a different ending with 11 vs. 11

    Great effort by Benfica! Unfair scoreline in my opinion for the effort Benfica put in. Much better performance than the first game, and with a little luck, Benfica would have won and advanced.

    Lack of experience from Oliveira's part. He'll get better and realize when to make a pass or when to shoot.

    I think JJ made all the right moves tonight. I was critical of him in the first game, but he did a good job tonight.

    Team showed some spirit in this one, but we definitely lack experience and composure/finishing in these types of games. Sucks to lose to this Chelsea team because they just aren't that good; but that's life, it's not always fair. At least we scared the crap out of those British fans toward the end there. These types of games hurt because we deserved a better result. Time to focus on winning the Liga. No excuses now....

    Personally, I still want the clown out. I think Capdevila proved why he should have been the starter at LB all season. Guy has barely played and did decent to pretty good for a rusty old fart. I think we would be in a better position with a few more points in the Liga, etc..JJ's added some much needed stability, but I hate the guy's tactics and player decisions....

    Yannick did better than I expected. The whole team did better than I expected considering we were down a man and had no centerbacks. Proud of how they kept pressing with 10 players and didn't lay down and give up. It was so close yet so far. Maxi would have made a difference.

    Now onto to Sporting on Monday...

    there is def. some kind of fixing here but you guys were unlucky b/c of all the issues in the back line...

    you don't know that.

    It was unfortunate though that SLB lost. they deserved better. Final 8 of CL is a good accomplishment. Keep you heads up.
