I know I ended up with a ticket to this year's PSV Eindhoven vs FC Utrecht by random luck. I was in Eindhoven that weekend for a metal music festival. I was just random sightseeing during the morning of the match and ended up in the team shop. I just managed to get a ticket there.

When I saw Ajax vs Feyenoord this year, I went through that tourest ticket thing offered through the Ajax website.

I know I would eventually like to see a match in both Rotterdam and Enschede.

As predicted by the helpful people on here I had no trouble in the end.

Got to AZ v Heracles Cup semi - cracking game 4-2 to Heracles aet. AZ had answered me and agreed to sell me a ticket. Picked up that morning at the stadium.

Volendam v Sparta was no problem either on sale on the night but I'd bought earlier in the day. Less than half full but Volendam did well to win 1-0.

Also ADO v Twente again not sold out. enjoyable 1-1 draw.

Neither ADO nor Volendam answered emails and faxes which was disappointing.

My advice would be visit the club early on matchday and tickets shouldn't be a problem. Try and avoid Ajax, PSV and Feyenoord away games as they will be in high demand. Twente at home are apparently tough to get too.

I didn't notice anyone selling tickets outside at any game but then tickets were available from each ticket office.

Twente are tough but from the sound of it at the twente forum from their main website, it sounds like people would be helpful in assisting an out of towner.

If someone chooses to get Ajax tickets through the travel thing offered through their website, anything is possible as I saw Ajax vs Feyenoord as part of my most recent trip.

You're good to go, it was open/general sale anyways since it's de Graafschap.

You'll be welcomed in a sold out ArenA and there should be plenty of goals in that game, in Ajax favour ofcourse. :p

I'm going to be visiting Delft in a couple of weeks and noticed that the promotion/relegation playoffs are happening while I am there.

Can anyone give advice on how to obtain tickets to Sparta Rotterdam? If google translate is accurate, they will be hosting a match on May 13. I can't really make out how to obtain tickets, however.

Also, if there are third or forth division games happening that weekend in the vicinity of Delft/ Den Haag, I would love to know about them.

    Thanks!

You need a ClubCard since they're play-off games, but you can always send them an e-mail and perhaps work something out.

    ticketing@sparta-rotterdam.nl.

There's a game on the 12th between Katwijk and Spakenburg. Katwijk aan Zee is near Leiden which is just above The Hague (Delft is closter to the Hague than Rotterdam).

Katwijk are currently in 3rd position while Spakenburg are in 1st with only 1 point ahead of Rijnsburgse Boys.

Katwijk aan Zee and Rijnsburg are neighbouring cities and massive rivals. With that saturday being the last matchday you can expect some fireworks.

    Thanks, he so scrumptiouz!

I emailed them, so hopefully I can score a ticket.

For the Topklasse match, would I have a problem getting a ticket? I didn't see anything about tickets on VV Katwijk's website.

  18. On this web site of the Dutch public television network you can find all the info on up coming matches:

    http://teletekst.nos.nl/

If you come in in the home page you first have to choose the teletekst tab.
Than you see something resembling a calculator. There you can choose the teletekst page you want to see. 800 is the index page for soccer. At this moment 805 shows the play off programm. I couldnot make out your nationality, so cannot direct to matches that might be interesting for you from that point of view.

Just wanted to let the helpful folks on the forum know that I attended both the Sparta Rotterdam and Katwijk games. They were great fun for a neutral like me--the Sparta game, in particular, was a real cracker for the last 15 minutes. Getting tickets was a breeze.

Atmosphere at both games was lively.

Had some great Broodje Haring and stroopwafels at the Katwijk match!

Hope to return to the Netherlands soon!
