Well when looking at the historical table, 7 of the 20 top teams in the all-time table are in the B so even though these teams have fallen down on hard times, there are still fierce rivalries and the clubs aren't used to being down there
True, i guess people would rather have teams like river and central in the primera than all boys and olimpo. Though some of these smaller teams actually play more entertaining football than the big boys.
Well riBer finds a way to outplay bocaU without finishing a shot only to give one up in stoppage time. Post match celebrations turned into a bit of a melee b/w what looked like a riBer player and a fan.
It looked like there was quite a few on the pitch who shouldnt have been, no doubt 'giving their condolences to the riber players'
There is so much irony. The name of the team from Corrientes, of course. But also the name of the guy who scored the winning goal.
EB: I thought you were in England. Please tell me you're watching the Instituto Central game via Al Gore's world wide web. If not, what channel shows the Primera B games there? And what are you doing watching Argentinean second division games? I'm very impressed, loco (in a good way)
The stadium wasn't full because but being one of the biggest there were lots of people, apparently about 13,000 Central supporters went to Córdoba. Well Instituto lost but River wasted a chance against Defensa y Justicia. Now both Atlanta and Chacarita are in direct relegation...
Yeah im in england, i watch all the games online. You can see the primera and libertadores on tv here, but id rather watch it with the original commentary, you get more of a feel for it that way) Hey, i even found myself watching tristan suarez and someone play, i watch argentine football non stop, even more than english football)
I heard something great the other day. "River hizo grande a la Primera y ahora esta haciendo lo mismo con la B" Interesting point of view.
alguien conoce a paulo dybala? los periodicos de italia siempre nos dice que el va a ser un jugador para la juve...
Yeah, he's the truth. He's 18, I think he has the most goals in B Nacional. He plays for Instituto, ummm they get TV play now but it wasnt always easy to see them on TV. They play at River this weekend Id say tune in, it should be a fun one.
Jumerdino/Gobbo: First, Forza Toro! Juve, Giuve, Va-fan-(ule!!
He's actually tied for 3rd, another teenager is at the top, Castillejos de Central con 19, Dybala y otros mas con 17. I agree, it's going to be a hell of a game, and I have to say this - despite Newell's unanticipated and highly appreciated table topping this season, the Nacional B games I've been able to see have been more enjoyable/entertaining, IMO. We've (In the US) been able to see more than are typically shown on TyC precisely because of River's demotion. Newell's victories aside (always pretty, no matter how ugly), the 2 best games I've seen from Argentina this year as a "neutral" have been Boca-Tigre this past week and ... River-Atlanta. Both intense, both passionate, but the River-Tigre game was more "huevos en la cancha." I know their fans are still exhibiting varying levels of apoplexia from the Drop, but it cannot be denied River en la B has increased by multiple times the exposure of futbol Argentino en todo el mundo. So,the quote from El Fortin's favorite New Yawka, NYC_Cosmos, is not only interesting but from my perspective, a truism.
Good stuff flaco, would rep you if allowed. Where did you hear/read that? Please don't say from that bolud0 RiverGaucho
what price do you think would be appropriate? had anyone heard of him before this season? porque te gustan las vaccas? no son los 40's aha pero yo no odio torino, soy torinese asi me gusta cuando la ciudad gana el usa su brazo tambien? aha. pero un jugador como suarez, suena bien. cuanto el debe costar? y gracias para el podcast. thanks for the info. ima try to watch the river game, pero no tengo gol tv aha
Hey boludo!! Keep your researched facts out of my meandering conjecture ... You going to the IACC victo ... I mean, you going to the River game tomorrow, Mr. # 1 River fan?
