Yup, Rooney and it seems Young will be up top. No Cheech/Welbeck/Berbs

United: De Gea; Rafael, Evans, Ferdinand, Evra; Park, Carrick, Cleverley, Giggs, Young; Rooney.
Subs: Amos, Fabio, Smalling, Pogba, Scholes, Hernandez, Welbeck

********** ass lineup. I´m guessing they don´t want to be embarassed.

SAF said part of the reason we got out played was the 442 vs. their 433. They had a numerical advantage in the middle of the field and that didnt help when it came to our defending.

If we play up to our level, that line up should be enough to score at least one goal before bringing on Cheech and Welbeck for the last 20-30 minutes or so.

Looks like SAF's strategy is failing, like I said I sense an ass whooping from Bilbao before United say bye bye to the Europa league.

That´s what SAF gets for playing a ********** ass lineup.

*United go on a scoring spree in the second half and United come out victorious. SAF was just tiring them out in the first half.

Or maybe he just doesn't give a shit about this tournament and wants to be out to concentrate on the PL.

This is more likely the case, I think. Man U is a Champions League or bust team. Good opportunity to see the mids play. Park has been weak. I expect some changes.

I'm glad CH had nothing to do with this game. An MLS team might have done better today. Rooney has been all alone, Giggs played his age, da Silva twins have been more like two butt cheeks than book ends, and Pogba just looks like a sloppier Balotelli. Nice goal by Rooney but not much else there. SAF tried to lay an egg but ended up dropping a turd.

lol how have you taken a step backwards? You just got worked by a Spanish team with like a 1/5th of your budget. Not to mention gradually in the last few years you have dipped considerably, and no its not just one bad year. You guys have looked like shit for the last 3-4....

You guys are only favorites in your mind, and havent been set to win any more European medals than chelsea or arsenal realistically. Manchester United last participation in the CL final was because of a good draw, and the fact that teams that were better got drawn against barca and madrid.

Like i said...you guys have fallen to the point where you are the mercy of the drawings, and nobody is looking to avoid you. Deal with it.
