You guys must be crazy if you think we wont need Piggy in this one. Piggy must start if we are to advance. Simple as that. Gustavo wont cut in the middle for us to dominate them.

We'll be too prone to counterattacks with Kroos and a not yet totally fit Schweini. Imo, its very imp that Gustavo is at his best today.

I'm sure we'll score goals today, not so sure whether we can keep a clean sheet..

And what if he's not 100% and has an adverse effect and we get eliminated? There's a reason why they're being cautious. They know his importance.

Alaba vs Shaqiri -- should tell us a lot about Alaba's potential at LB.

Nervous, but excited about the matchup. Should be a helluva scrap between rising stars.

This is on TV here. :)

So we have to win at least 2-0 to advance, conceding no goals?

I think: 1-0 would go to penalties. 2 or more to 0 we advance. If Basel scores we would need a 2 goal differential to advance.

    Am I missing anything?

Bookings are carried all the way through to the final. If a player receives two seperate bookings on Matchdays 1 & 2 and then gets a third in the semifinal second leg, he misses the final.

Here's hoping you guys continue to fly the flag of the Bundesliga into the quarterfinals. [IMG]

If you we lose or draw, I will stop being a Bayern Fan...life is too painful over the last 10 years to follow a team that is constantly going up and down.
too painful to lose in the CL for me...10 years have gone passed already..sigh.

Only way it goes to ET is if we win 1-0. If we win 2-0 or 3-1 we're through.
