You can't enjoy losing? That's fuckin' ingenious, if I understand it correctly. It's a Swiss fuckin' watch.

Updated from this weekend. Things didn't really go our way, but at least we get Arsenal at Anfield next. I'm really surprised at their result against Tottenham, hopefully we can carry our momentum into next weekend and set them back. Chelsea's result against Bolton sucks, but it sure looks like they're going to go up in a ball of flames any day now. It's still going to be tough, but it's not out of reach.
To be honest, I think we've ballsed up the countless chances we've had to push for 4th. When we start with Henderson, Downing and Adam, we simply lack the creativity to break down those teams against which we must take 3 points. Adam and Henderson inhibit Gerrard's attacking game by forcing him to play deep but they can't compensate for his absence in the final third. Downing, good as he can be, mostly has a dreadful final ball. He keeps crossing the ball even if there is nobody in the box; is all he can do is cross the ball Having said, we do have players in Bellamy, Rodriguez and Kuijt who can contribute both goals and invention but they seem not to be starting flavours of the season.
it's quite over indeed. but we knew that going into the arsenal game and the team lived up to its jekyll and hyde performances.
Because Charlie Adam thinks "The aim is still there to challenge..." Maybe we can still catch Chelsea with the mess over there. I'll update it anyway.
