I hope you enjoy coasting on coattails of the blood and tears of millions of people who suffered so that you could go to school where you want, marry who you want, work where you want, and do what you want.

Why do you think there are things like ethnic cleansing, wars on religious ideology, and oppression of people? Even "good" stereotypes can be subverted into evil.

Throughout my time here in Bigsoccer, there have been a few dozen episodes of racism accusations. Thus far, this incident happens to be the only one where everyone [except for one retard] is in an outright agreement that it is racism, and not a mistake or a misunderstanding. ESPN has no excuse for this.

Prejudice is a strong force. It happens even when we try consciously to not be racist. I'm sure the professionals working for ESPN do not try to do this, but I honestly think it is some of that psychological association thing going on that makes people type it as they report it.

I cannot believe that there isn't even a token apology on soccernet's twitter let alone the site all these hours later.

Disappointing as I am a big ESPNSoccernet fan, especially their 20-40 clips with Tommy, Shaka and the like.

    Thanks for handling, fellas.

I suspect they are going to pretend real hard that it never happened unless the outrage reaches a crescendo that they can't ignore.

After seeing this post (https://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showpost.php?p=25220861&postcount=11), it seemed deliberate. They have gook in the title but then refer to LDG as Lee in the report.

Dear god, you're not trying to use the "Irish Ancestor" line of defense that racism apologists use, are you?

    Pardon me, i just can't dramatize over E-racism. :)

I have much more important things to do than fill complains on the internet for some sport titles, like take care of my real life ? :)

But i honestly enjoy being called a retard by someone who takes e-pride at heart, thanks buddy.

Are you stupid or do you just not know what ESPN is?

I have no idea what this e-racism is, but if you can't make out the difference between some random guy calling you a chink on the web and a world reknown news site deliberately displaying ignorance by poking fun at our naming culture, you have no case for a refutal against my claim over your retardism.

No on here is trying to start a movement to rid racism altogether. A set of people did something that is not socially accepted in their part of the world and some people are just making sure they pay off the dues they deserve for their mistake. You have no right to tell any of us to accept that racism exists and move on; not only does your suggestion not validate with the situation, but it sure as hell is very offensive. What you are doing is very annoying and I suggest you take your own advice and move on from the discussion because by now, it should be very clear to you that you are the only person in your side of the argument. If everyone else thinks you are wrong, the chances are, you are wrong.

You seem pretty convinced that someone did it intentionally. What if it's indeed some kind of bot ? So far no one can be sure at 100% that it's not an automatized system that failed to write Lee's long name properly in the narrow title area.

You'll look pretty stupid with your statements if it comes out it's a bot.

Also, i like your little speech about me being offensive carrying my opinion here. But you can't make a post without using the word "retard". I suggest you get some manners first before trying to tutor me about racism. :)

It wasn't some random blogger; it was ESPN.

And this is just the surface. If they're doing this kind of stuff in public, you can bet it's a whole lot worse in private.

No troll here, i made my point clear though, nothing to add about it.

Koreansock has attacked me on other topics, his reaction to my post has nothing to do with my opinion on the matter but rather his little game trying to bash me around with his little friends.

The same kind of people who post "LOL" and "P0wnd" pics around the forum, and then call other users "retards". I don't expect much from this kind of individual.

And for the matter, he and his bashing comrades (birds of a feather flock together) have been blocked. I find these arguments time consuming and useless.

I'm not going to call you a retard, most people will come to the conclusion that you are someone who severely lacks mental faculty on their own.

Instead I'm going to point out the fact that E-racism, as you call it, is still racism. Just because you choose to distinguish between "electronic" racism and real world racism, doesn't mean that things on the internet cannot be racist. Are you really so lenient as to give a pass to anyone on the internet because the racism exists on the internet?

E-mail is still a letter in the same way a physical letter in the mail is a letter - both serve the same functional purpose.

Stop making arbitrary distinctions because you're some Asian Uncle Tom who probably accepts racism with a please and thank you. Some of us do not stand for racism, E-racism or real world. You fcuking massive steaming pile of evolutionary worthlessness.

Thanks Sergei for re-opening the thread.

Have any of you contacted ESPN's ombudsman?

I used the form on the site a few pages back so no. But it was short. I will probably agitate myself to write something longer now that its been this long once I am done working.
