They did; prefer their current crest to the former pictured above.

red shirt, white shorts and black socks reminds me too much of united.

the black socks I don't like, but the shirt is alright.

It's certainly better than the 08-10 kit.

FYI - the rumored home kit trim is not black but actually a very dark purple/violet. That is all.

I imagine it would then be the same redcurrant trim from the 08-09 shirt.

They surely have the socks on the wrong mannequin, black socks in an Arsenal kit is unbelieveable. We are not ManUre. This is tragic

One thing that has yet to be explained... why do we need a new kit?

The 125th was a one off special with the crest. A cynical person might sugest it was a chance for Nike to do three new kits in three years.

I welcome any excuse to get rid of this year's away though. I still question anyone I see willingly having paid money wear it. I hope this leak is a fake though. Very blahh. The Barca kit makes me think they are fakes. Can't imagine them signing off on that trash.

The worrying thing is though ive seen alot of sources citing that the Barca and United kits are legit, which makes me worry that ours will be too.

You can get one put on almost any jersey that you buy, regardless of
our standing within the Champions League.

Arsenal Direct, does not offer those yet.

Perhaps you will be the first to buy one.

You can probably get a 'Runners Up', Ashes patch, for your Cricket shirt too.

After all, all hope is lost.

This is purely anecdotal, but I was at the Armoury in August 2008 and wasn't allowed to get one on that season's shirt. We hadn't played the second leg of our CL qualifier against Twente, and the staff told me they weren't allowed to sell the CL badges until we had officially qualified.

Holy cow we have runners up badges? :D Honestly the way our team bats we would get 3rd in a 2 team tournament haha. But seriously, our bowlers are going to smash you.

Well, I wouldn't put it past Red Bull to claim it as an actual trophy.
