Mauro Zarate has been loaned out to Inter Milan for 2.7 M and can be bought after the season at 17. 5 M ... I really thought he would end up staying. Though his bitchy attitude around camp cant be tolerated and bring down the team, so it had to be done.

Sergio Floccari loaned to Parma for 1.5 M with a 5.5 M option to buy at the end as well.

Pasquale Foggia loaned to Sampdoria with the option to buy at the end of the season. I think I remember reading if Samp gets promoted they have to buy Foggia for 4.4 M I think it was.

Lazio have been liked with Maccabi midfielder Haris Medunjanin. He's a Bosnian international like Lulic.

Ive heard this rumor. Apparently he has good creativity but gets mad at the team and management easily. Lazio dont need ********heads . No thanks

I'm Bosnian and have personally followed his career for a number of years now, all the way from his early days in Holland. He has never had any problems with staff until his arrival in Israel where he was the assist and goal leader on his team. The coach ended up benching him and the two got into a spat.

For his ability, he's an absolute steal. During his years at Valladolid in La Liga, he was coming in off of the bench but always made an impact, even against bigger teams.

    Gentlemen, gentlemen...

Lazio fans, if your team is considering transferring a player and a member from another bigsoccer forum comes to share some information about that player, don't freak out, let them give the information, even if it comes with a little jab.

Visitors, if you come to a forum where a player you follow might be transferring too, don't freak out that they might not welcome you with hugs & kisses when you talk trash - it's their team, they don't have to like your player, it's okay. Leave your information and move on.

I've deleted all the posts where it got silly. Please lets move on and get back to discussing Lazio transfer rumors. Thank you. :)

I express my opinions how I want, perhaps the vocabulary isn't ideal, but its how I emphasize my statements.

Im happy when people inform me about a player I wouldn't of heard like this Bosnian player. I read up on him and think Lazio needs a reliable team player (Klose-like) and not a random gamble on some guy who just rubbed his coach off the wrong way. Edy Reja will have none of that and would be a waste of that guys career and Lazio's money should he repeat whatever ticked off his Maccabi coach.

In fact im reading now that the the clubs are 'past the preliminary stages of negotiation with Medunjanin' ... With Champions League qualification at the palm of our hands, I really wish we had motive to try for Podolski or Olic who we have been linked with also

Lol, with that Man purse I dont think it would be a joke him saying that really.

Anyways it was low-profile player signings like Kolarov Lichsteiner Zarate Radu and now Lulic that has raised the Mercato value of Lazio. I dont mind taking these gambles, but I see the winter mercato as a time to get serious than to gamble. Again, he could turn out to be great or he can be another chump that didnt work out. Whatever happens if Medunjanin signs or not, ill be fine about the outcome though obviously my eyes are on Podolski coming over from Klose's word or Olic

You got Lulic for only around 1.5 million, but he's been one of your best players so far this season. Same goes for the other players like you said, Kolarov, Lichtsteiner, Zarate, Radu, etc. Lazio should go down this same route, but I agree.. maybe one or two world class signings is necessary to get up there at top.

Lazio aren't exactly AC Milan, they can't afford big names at the moment. Medo is a low-risk, high reward purchase. 2 Bosnians at Lazio :D

how would you compare him to Pjanic? Lazio were close to signing him, his dad gave the ok, then Lyon said they were keeping him then he was sold to roma. Wroooong team

Well Pjanic was already a known figure in the world stage; Lyon's best player at age 21 and of course promised to be a future world class player, so it's not really a decent comparison with Medunjanin, who didn't really do as much in his career. But despite that fact, the guy is raw and is one of those players that can flourish in the Serie A, especially in a club like Lazio. I'd compare him to Lulic, not in style of play, but in overall quality in their respective positions along with the surprise factor.

If you do actually end up singing Medo, you'll like him, he's usually a fan favorite and a cult hero wherever he goes. I can't really compare him to Pjanic because their game is different. Haris is stronger on the ball but possesses similar creativity.

He's incredibly underrated. He was wonderful for Bosnia when we drew France in Paris. Wenger hailed him as the best on the field that day, along with our right-back Mujdza.

We have apparently signed Emiliano Alfaro from Liverpool in Uruguay. He has an Italian passport so he will not take an EU spot in our team. According to Tare he will most likely be sent out on loan.

I highly doubt it. He is a different kind of striker to Cisse.

The signing of Alfaro does not mean Cisse is leaving. Alfaro is strictly for investment purposes, just trying to make a buck.

Cisse on the other hand was bought to bring Lazio to the next level. His game has disappointed many expectations.

Marseille has withdrew their interest in Cisse today also. If theres any club out there that is willing to pay, its Auxerre and they have mentioned they would need a donation from the fans of atleast 1 million. Doesnt look like Cisse is leaving unfortunately.

We have loaned Giuseppe Sculli to Genoa. They have the option of making it permenant. We are missing midfielders and then we loan a midfielder?! Our hierachy better bring some midfielders in now.

To be realistic, Sculli was not much of any help. Playing with one man down would be better actually, then the ball wouldnt be passed to Sculli in the opponents half to ******** up with. I think Genoa must not have been sober when they made this deal

Yeah we did ironically exactly a year ago. I just got this from the Official Genoa web-site:

Casa, dolce, casa.

What a welcome! Like he is some kind of superstar! The Rooney of Genoa! LOL! It is foreboding. They are going to keep him for sure. I hope so with that kind of welcome.

We have sent Stendardo on loan to Atalanta on loan for the rest of the season.

Rumours are that we are after some players in Russia but that does not make sense they do not have EU passports. We will need to get rid of our non EU players first.

Honda and a random called Dzagoev is apparently the target who Lazio wants to sign. Tare is in Russia right now to close the deal with either one of them.

The non-eu is a concern, I think Lazio want to find an agreement first then Lotito will pull some strings and start problem solving.
