This is the thread to talk about any major transfer news and/or rumors pertaining to Brazilians abroad and domestic transfers.

    I'll start it off --

Brazil U20 star and Sao Paulo youngster Henrique will be going on an 18 month loan to QPR. 500k euros, with a 6 million euro option to buy.

Personally, I think it's a curious move, but probably a worthwhile one given Henrique's temperament after the U20 WC.

Plus, my gut tells me that Sao Paulo really values Ademilson more. I'm inclined to agree and think he has the brighter future.

Jean Chera is joining Flamengo and I will die of laughter if he ends up not getting paid. Ungrateful brat.

There are some conplications between Porto and Santos... It seems like Porto didn't pay some of Alex Sandro's money so now Santos is refusing to register Danilo's transfer... It seems also that there is a clause in Danilo's contract that says he should only leave to Porto in July, but we had a spoken agreement to let him go after the CWC if we won it... Now the clubs are negotiating a compensation, maybe involving Fucile the Uruguayan RB.

Jonas transfer failed because it involved Maranhão, whose contract predicted a raise in his salary in 2012, and Coritiba didn't agree on such raise. So we didn't get Jonas, and Maranhão is coming back. Right now our only RBs are Maranhão and Crystian, since Pará is likely to move to Internacional soon as Dorival Junior requested. Meus pêsames, Colorado!

It also seems like we are in talks with Braga's LB Gerson Magrão.

This has been an ongoing saga for a while now. Traffic is the 3rd party company that is failing to pay the wages. Traffic, Flamengo, and Ronaldnho came to an agreement at the beginning of the year and everything seemed great. But Ronaldinho still hasn't gotten paid, and now his bro/agent is saying he wont travel to Bolivia for the Libertadores match. And they can't get any answers as to what the hold up is. There is also fighting inside Flamengo management on the this matter among other things.

Add to this the Thiago Neves matter with the Arab Club and things aren't looking good for Flamengo. Neves could very well end up Flu. Ronaldinho has an offer from Corinthians. And Vagner Love's Russian Club rejected Flamengo's offer to buy him.

Fla's front office is a HUGE joke, from the top to the bottom. In a weird way, I almost want to see these players go elsewhere. This year is an election year and the last thing I want to see is Patricia Amorim remain as the president.

WTF are they doing there in Flamengo?!?!

Some weeks ago they said that they sorted it out with Ronaldinho, were close to a agreement with Thiago Neves and were close to sign Vagner Love.

Now Ronaldinho is leaving for Corinthians, Thiago Neves for Fluminense and Vagner Love isn't coming.

    Good job there...

Well the first one to jet is Neves. 4 year contract with Flu. Fla's board is silent on the matter. Thiago's agent said Flamengo had trouble raising the money they offered for him and ran out of time. He didnt want to sign the contract without being certain they can afford to pay.

They're fudido for the upcoming game against Real Potosi(sp?). Are they going to give Thomas or Adryan a baptism by fire? I'm afriad to
watch a repeat of the La U game, but this time on a bigger stage. And really hope the Ronaldinho situation gets worked out quickly.

Tevez on loan to corinthians...pretty frightning to think Corinthians could pull off Ronaldinho and Tevez in this window!!!

Jadson has returned to Sao Paulo

Alex and Malouda both desire to play in Brazil immediately. Palmerias rejected Malouda and Santos cannot afford Alex.

Update on the Flamengo sagas. Now its seems Thiago Neves to Flu is not a done deal. His agent affirmed that negociations are still open. And Patricia Amorim had some bad/funny things to say about the Flu's President. Theres a lot of shadiness going on in this one.

Also, surprisingly, R10 is making the trip to Bolivia afterall. And Patricia is confident they can work it out. I don't have a good feeling on this one.

She also said they are still working on Vagner Love.

And Alex Silva left the team for unknown reasons, and took everyone by surprise. Which leaves them with only 2 CBs for the Libertadores game.

Based on the way you described Flamengo's woes. It sounds like they have serious financial problems

Alex Silva declined to go to Bolivia because he didn't receive his signing bonus. Patricia Amorim has temporarily removed him from the team and rumors are that Santos may be interested in signing him to shore their backline, not to mention reunite him with Muricy.

The front office has made quite a mess. They need to clean house and hopefully the upcoming elections will help.

From what I've heard Flamengo's debt is HUGE. What they must pay in interest rates alone per year is more than what they earn per year... So it's impossible to pay such a debt without a huge source of income coming from an external agent... Dunno how much of that is true.

... And you guys are seriously trying to sign Zé Love? Really? Didn't you guys suffer enough with Deivid? I know since both played for Santos and I've watched plenty of games by them: Zé Love manages to be even better at throwing away clear goal opportunities.

That sucks. I don't blame him one bit. It kind of makes you wonder what Neves and R10 are thinking, and if this will continue to happen.

    When is the upcoming elections?

The best player of the U-20 WC Henrique, signs a deal with QPR. Interesting move, I guess this gives him immediate playing time in a top European league.

Todays installment of the Flamengo soap-opera. Flu officially announced the signed of Thiago Neves. So that is over.

Vagner Love really wants to come to Flamengo and told the club to buy him but he can't keep waiting. Flamengos latest offer to CSKA was deemed "completely inadequate" by the club.

R10's sh!t will supposedly get sorted out tommorow. I doubt it though.

Yes, Zé Love was rumored. If you never saw Zé Love before and watched the finals of last year's Libertadores, that's all you need to see of him to see just how bad he is.

Luxemburgo is rumored to leave after the pre-Libertadores round. He has apparently had enough of Michel Levy, who's in charge of the finances. That actually may be one GOOD thing to come out of this mess.

Apparently someone on Esporte Interativo said R10's brother, Assis, offered R10 to Internacional. I bet CG will love to hear that..

NDFla, elections should take place sometime in May and June.

Zé Love is as bad as it gets. Now with Andriano's latest stupidity i guarantee his name will be thrown around if Corinthians kick him to the curb.

Vampeta says it best " Vocês fingem que pagam, a gente finge que trabalha"....So it will be interesting to see what kinda Ronaldinho we see in the Libertadores.

It puzzles me why Corinthians still keeps Adriano at their ranks, and even worse I believe that even if they throw him out there will still be plenty of teams wanting him. Some football clubs act like the "mulher de malandro": they prefer the bad boys believing that they will change just for them.

Sad part is I would take Adriano in a heartbeat, even with his mess and our mess. He is a proven commodity for us and Flamengo may be the ONLY place where he actually plays anything resembling his former self.

Ronaldinho's issues are just salary related. He is also falling out a favor with Luxemburgo and it has been reported the two hardly speak to each other.

Flamengo are sinking rather quickly..lost out on Thiago to rivals Fluminense, strong possibility of loaning out Alex Silva to Santos, and now rumors of Dinho leaving and not signing Vagner Love who wanted to actually return to Flamengo...

Relegation battle seems very realistic for O Mengao next season.
