Dang, I misread that Arshavin scored when in fact he didn't.

It seems that Tymo was singled out as a piece of the war between Van Gaal and the board. Glad he's gone.

Van Gaal is an idiot. He did the same thing with Lucio and look how that turned out.

I was just wondering if any of you might know what type of shape and form Arshavin might be in right now. Heard some rumors linking AA to Galatasaray and the RPL, but I really hope he does well at Arsenal this year.

LOL what a little pudge bunny. He was amazing in spring of 2009, megging through ball passes to Cesc on the run (not just once). Fast as hell just skipping by defenders with sick dribbling and scoring tight angle goals. He's almost to the point where his talent doesn't matter cause his work rate is way down and his confidence isn't there anymore, you can tell he doesn't feel as fast and invinsible, rarely takes defenders on at speed to go around them (kinda what Dinho did after '07)

Dimuha Izmailov scored for Sporting but they only got a draw. Didn't see the match but sounds like he played well.

Lol not at all, he's looked decent though against a bottom table side. Almost an assist and won a corner in the 1st half. Hilarious goal from pudge bunny, one of the most retarded goalie bloopers ever, that's going on youtube :D nice finish though not easy

Lol usually home crowds appreciate when you score a goal. He played decent, still a lazy chubster who takes 5 seconds to get up off the ground whenever he's down lollll never seen ANYTHING like it before

Wow one great game out of the last 30, and against Swansea City, the worst team in the Premier League.

Lets just hand him the golden boot.

Sometimes its a good idea for managers to hype up their players to build their confidence. Lol he looked NOTHING like the old Arsh, but if he makes him feel good after a match winning goal maybe he hopes that will raise his morale and he has the managers graces and starts playing like his old self more, they need him to play like his old self really bad. Today he had a few good moments but he still lays on the ground more than a rolly polly.

I am still surprised Arsenal get to play Swansea! In 7 years Swansea City AFC went from the fourth level to the premiership!!!! That is quite enviable!
