Besides the obvious that Mexico/Cost Rica is gonna be a huge game for both, the next games for both are gonna be huge as well when it comes to goal differential.

Both teams (CRC and MEX) could have scored more in their games but I think CRC could have scored more (around 8-0) but you may be right. I don't know CRC too well. We'll see Thursday night. What is interesting is that CRC will play first and then Mexico.

I have it as 2-1 Mex but based on what I saw tonight, I would change it to 3-2 Mex.

I think Canada doesn't make it out of the group, hah, but the US may well disappoint.

With all this doping nonsense and media storm on Mexico I would not be surprised if the Final is Costa Rica vs. USA now.

    Anything can happen....

My predicition - well Dos a Cero of course. Does the group stage even matter with 8 out of 12 going through? Anyway, here's my prediction along with thoughts on the most over-hyped player in CONCACAF - El Chicharito

I don't see how he's "over hyped". He's delivering at both club and national level. The hype he's receiving is on par with the performances he's put out on the pitch.

I'm willing to bet against Chicharito scoring against Costa Rica.

Chicharito won't even play v. CR. No need. Group is won. He's had a long Euro season. Rest him.

Canada beats Panama and GDB if they play as they did for long periods v. the USA. Canada was never going to beat USA no matter what. Can't really judge them on that game.

Because you have this bizzare feeling in your gut, or because you think Costa Ricas defense is better than Argentinas, Spain, Chelsea, Valencia, Holland, and paraguays? These being just some of the teams Chicharito has scored against.
