Im thinking maybe cause big"Pappa" is recuperating from that injury in Chicago they want him to comeback. But i think Aris should get someone else, someone that's going to be with the team more than just a couple months.
Imperador is Aris still in 5th place?

What exactly are you confused about? I don't know how Chicago is viewing him right now, but I'm sure they at least want to make some of the money back on what they spent to get him.

I think Chicago paid somewhere around 1.5 million dollars. Ouch.

I would also prefer to get someone for more than just half a season. The thing is that it's very hard to find players during the January transfer window and that's why the team is looking for some players that can come on loan.

We are currently 7th, 1 point behind 5th place though and 4 points from the 3rd place.

I'm confused about those special agreements. Because Chicago have to register their players in March or April and then they can just register again in July or something like that but they wanted to get a special permission to register him before/after that time, like what happened to Beckham and Donovan. And then I don't know exactly how everything works with the MLS, that they have to decisions and they are paying players salaries or something like that. But he is a DP anyway isn't he? I think the European rules are much more simple.

Btw I just read on a site that the Sports Director of Chicago said that he will stay with them. But I think they already agreed to let him go and the only possibility that will make this deal fall through right now is if Cuper decides that he doesn't want him.
