Based on historical data below(last year), the weather out here in October should be chhiillllllyy within Toronto. Also windy from our lake effect downtown should bring it a few degrees colder . Make sure you pack your goose & mickey of liq's.

we have to play so we can uys can our new guys can gain experience and learn how to play together...not playing is not an option...if its not gonna be a quality opponent than might as well be some other team

i totally agree, but you know how the FEF is. They're always canceling games and slack when it's time to replace an opponent.

La prensa polaca indica que el partido esta todavia programado aunque ya no sera en Toronto sino en Montreal.

i don't know if this fits in this thread but we can already count Edison Mendez out of this game b/c he suffered an injury again and will be out for 3 weeks to a month. I think his time in Mineiro from here on will be as miserable as Luis Bolanos was in Inter and Santos. Straight up bad news for the ecua-futbol lately, it's getting a bit frustrating.

I think Mendez got injured two games ago...he got substituted out right after half-time so I kinda figured it was something like that

Campos was the first player to be called up for the friendlies against Colombia and Ecuador. Rueda asked his club early so that no inconvienences arise. Good choice, Campos is a better option than both Checa and Caicedo. Morante also has a good chance of being called up, he started in Emelec's game against U. San Martin. I want to see how Morante and Campos match up. Hurrtado should also be part of the mix. The rest of the squad will prob will releases sometime next week, prob. 27-8.

Guerrons officially received a call up from Rueda as well. Morante had an excellent game against San Martin yesterday he deserves h a call up although he left the field injured which is not a good sign. Hopefully they can join the NT at full health and form so we can see how they do

I heard in the program Código Deportivo of Ecuavisa Internacional that this game will not be played. It was cancelled. I am not sure if it will be played in another city or if Ecuador will play another game with another team in another city. That is what I heard a few days ago.

Parece que ahora si esta mas que oficialmente confirmado, las entradas ya salieron a la venta el dia de ayer. El partido se lo jugara en Montreal, Canada.
