U de Chile 2-2 Oriente Petrolero 3 goals in 3 minutes i think it was in the first 5 minutes of the 2nd half and la U just scored right now f***!! we were up 2-0, our first goal with a little luck from a rebote off a Chile guy and Hoyos nailed it in and our 2nd goal was a golazo, a very nice amage and sombrero from Saucedo than a minute later U de Chile made their goal and now there tied. Oriente has been playing alright though la U has been dominating most of the game.

Best player Saucedo I also liked #4. Solid defensive mid.

Duchbag award to el Gato. He gave up both goals.
    Vaca sucked like always
Campos worries me. I had a lot of faith in him but he seems to be very injury prone

I got to say it, Oriente played pretty well. This is clearly a Quinteros team and the performance will do a lot to give him points for the national team coaching spot.

You know...I like those green jerseys. If you could do away with all that sponsorship, I like them almost enough to be our new National Team jersey! Anything is better than the crappy Marathon apparel. Did you guys noticed how nice the warm-ups and windbreakers were?

agree..Gato could of cleared that first one and the second one was pure fear..

agree with the 2 players mentioned

    jerseys are ugly:p

aaaand Quinteros for NT coach...this team played smartly bravely and everything else thats good...the only thing that stopped them was talent level..imagin galindo M3 arce nacho..wonders;)

Saucedo and Rea need to get their shot at the national team in the next friendly..whenever it is and Quinteros has definetely proved that anywhere he goes he gets the job done, boliviankidd you know you like those jerseys just take off a sponsor or two and they would be perfect.

Saucedo deserves to play in el exterior at least in SA...he was a difference maker up there.

idk i dont like the big cross but the last bolivian kit was pretty ok IMO better than the previous last 2 ones with the collar and ugly white thing in the middle

    good link

    1-1 after the first half.

Is away goal weighted heavier than home goals if everything else (pts, goal diff) is same?

To answer my own qu estoin, yup, away goal weights more......so right now Colo Colo needs to score 2 more (they are winning 2-1 right now...). Galindo was the one who scored for la U. Another one and that's it. Colo Colo has 30 mins to score 2 goals.

Colo Colo 3 Universitario 1. Universitario will play Cerro Porteno next. At the very last minute Colo Colo had a free kick and even the goali went down...but the defense took it out and Sacha Lima ran up, got there before the goalie and kicked only to hit the post. But that was it, it was pretty much the last play. At the end U players were celebrating like they won a world cup or something. Pretty nice to see.

And they almost did. Damn what a crazy game! La Uni were so dominant in the 1st half and as soon Colo Colo started gaining momentum, Uni started to not "believe in themselves" But they got the win and that's what matters!

Congratz Uni for qualifying to the next stage of la Sudamericana! No one would believe it if you told them Uni was going to beat Colo Colo. Damn, how long has it been since a Bolivian team has gotten out of the 1st stage!!

Next big upset from Bolivia: Vamos Oriente!!

Im not so sure that's what happened...what happens is.....with Colo Colo having to score 3 goals....it is normal that U will stay in the back and hope to contain Colo COlo. They just weren't too good at it. But they were good enough.

Maybe you are right because what happens with most bolivian clubs (and of course the NT) is that when they think they have it in the bag, they back up as if they were the greatest defenders in the world . . . but I think this time it was a mixture of both . . . I kinda felt they sense that they couldn't make forward anymore like they did in the 1st half and they didn't believe in themselves in that if they continue to keep trying, the counter attack would be right there and they would give up a goal. In the end, it's good that they stayed back but they stayed way back especially in the goal area. Oh well, who has home first, Uni or the Paraguay club? It's Cerro Porteño right?
