USA vs Lithuania in 6 days. LokoZ is probably suffering from some form of auto immune disorder.

Isnt there the FIBA tournament this year? The last one was in Greece and we were knocked out by greece right? Is this one in Turkey? Also if the tournament is this year are we sending a "C" team because in the games ive seen they have people playing on the US team that are no where close to being the best in the nba.

Looks like a B-C level team. If I remember right some of the players were Rajan Rondo, Derrick Rose, Tyson Chandler, Lamar Odom etc

This year the tournament is in Turkey.

If we (USA) take D Howard along with the B/Cs we win. If not, a silver or Bronze is what we'll get. USA Basketball is ALL about the Olympics, everything else is a sidenote.

    Durant?

Also don't agree with your last sentence. They lost to Greece with a mega lineup only missing Kobe. Colangelo and Coach K aren't fooling around. These offseason training camps are legit and great players are being cut, big difference as to a few years before that when it was big players not showing up at all...

If I remember right, the starters were

    Tyson Chandler
    Andre Igoudala
    Kevin Durant
    Chauncey Billups
    Rajan Rondo

Durant will be the best player in the NBA as soon as kobe's legs completely die. Sorry Lebron.

Is Lebron even the best player on his team?

For sure. LeBron's only very special in the open court, but Playoff basketball is about half court execution, and he's not that good at it honestly. Seen him make some of the worst decisions last few years in the Playoffs, taking stupid contested 3's, driving into charges cause he's used to getting calls from the refs, etc.

Lebron doesnt have the killer instinct. When the game is on the line hes nervous and breaks down. He will be better with the heat because d wade and bosh can get the ball in crunch time because lebron wont hit anything. Kobe's the best player because his weakneses he works at but Lebron tries to strengthen his strengths and ignore his weaknesses. Durant will soon be the face of the NBA. It will interesting to see if he stays in OKC.

Add 2 inches to D Wade and you have the best player in NBA. And D Wade IS the best player on his team...

And the best GM is Pat Riley. I do not think there should even be an argument.

Great trade for the Pacers bringing in Darren Collison, we needed this kinda trade the past 2 years. Lets see if it sparks us like it should...

Wait, what?? Our rookie? wtf man, I haven't checked articles since I've been gone 3 weeks. We like ordered a private investigator to look into his life before we drafted him  good god this is unreal, he was hoopin' it up in summer league too I heard, gave him multi year contract which is unheard of for a 2nd Rd pick...

Our other sleeper rookie Magnum Rolle supposedly had a really strong summer as well. Our 1st Rd pick Paul George was so-so

Once Oden and Conleys contracts expire they are going to try to sign with the pacers.

George Hill is from Broad Ripple so you definitely dont want to bring him in if you're worried about the image of the Pacers. But seriously Oden and Conley are going to try to sign with the pacers. My friend went bowling with Oden the other day and Oden told him this.
