Respectable scoreline against the runaway league leader.
    Misleading but respectable.
Could have used a stronger start to open or a goal in the first minutes of the second half after some legendary adjustments.

Or all we needed was finishing. Game was ours to win in the second half.

    haha.

yea. I've got no problem with getting Tiff in the match...I think she was actually a bit dangerous....

But at the expense of the player that's been scoring all of our goals of late?? Jordan should have never been taken out of that match (barring injury?)....I'd have rather seen Del Rio taken out at that point..as a sub, Laura provided nothing...not even hustle!

I actually liked Tony putting in Cheney and going with three in the back for a while....They adjusted well, Osbourne helped a bunch in the back...

Cheney came out with something to prove...I don't think she liked starting on the substitutes bench....That said, I think she needs to start and play through this drought...

If The Legend cannot get production out of ANOTHER world class, US International striker...

Breakers v. Gold Pride - Highlights

Just saw the replay of the goal I missed that happened right in front of us (as I was trying to fix our banner that was blowing all over the place!)

That is something usacceptable in a youth league! First, Alex shouldn't have passed it back to Alyssa...Why Amy was telling her to pass it back is beyond me! After she passed it back she (and Amy) stood still.

If Alex had gone square, to the endline this probably doesn't happen....Why Alyssa didn't pass it square (in 1 touch!), away from one of the quickest (and best IMO) defenders in the league, idk...

If Alex does what she should have, and usually does and turn out to play the ball up the line or out for a throw...This doesn't happen....

Luckily, I don't think it will happen again....It just sucks that we lose a result at home because of a stupid mistake....that was not Alyssa's alone.

Some massive saves by Naeher are overshadowed by a single horrible mistake...

    Oh well. On to Chicago!
