Lee Sang-Ho video: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gdV77x3szx8&feature=channel_page"]YouTube - K-League ULSAN, Lee Sang Ho[/ame]
Lol at Lee Sangho's U17 footages. Where's that video of him missing like 20 sitters in an U19 match against US?
This guy and I say this has improved so much on his dead ball skills.. He has perhaps the most powerful kick in K-league and I'm not exagerrating that. Even if Kim Du hyeon was here... dayam Only if he could be fit against North Korea [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T_VldmxkHC4[/ame]
With the U20 World Cup coming up this year in Egypt, I thought I'd re-post highlights from U20 Korean NT's run right before the last U20 World Cup. This was from the Busan Cup: Korea vs. Slovakia [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBMlh2g-vmo&feature=channel_page"]YouTube - Korea vs Slovakia[/ame] Korea vs. USA (complete with some atrocious Lee Sang-Ho misses) [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YlurcjhXTMc&feature=channel_page"]YouTube - Korea vs USA[/ame] Korea vs. Argentina [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZNWCXsR9wLg&feature=channel_page"]YouTube - Korea vs Argentina[/ame] Park Joo-Ho recently moved to Kashima Antlers so hopefully we'll be able to see him in action vs. Lee Sang-Ho and Suwon.
Here are highlights of the U20 World Cup match vs. USA. There were some pretty sublime moments during that match. The little flick from Shin Young-Rok to Shim Young-Sung at 2:30 is pretty neat and the double backheel between (I think) Lee Sang-Ho and Shim Young-Sung was classy at 2:42. Not too long ago, I remember watching a Korean tv program that showed the Korean NT's life....like showing how their chefs prepare, how their medical staff is preparing(tons of boxes to prepare), and their kit/gear team showing the gigantic shelves of uniforms and training kits. But I forgot what that tv program was. Anyone remember this?
I believe the segment you are referring to was part of the documentary on the KNT's support staff, posted by statQuo IIRC. It was on YouTube. Hope that helps a bit.
http://www.youtube.com/budunited by the way did any one goto this site and check out the guy representing South Korea? I mean like WTF???? why did they pick this guy? i don't even think his accent is Korean, his accent sounds chinese
clip of PJY scoring a goal from the all star vs hallelujah exhibition match. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TgAAZdG8KL4"]YouTube- ??? vs ?? ???? FC[/ame]
^ thanks for the find. did PJS setup his own team? like calling up all the players? i see that one player from incheon united i believe on PJS's bench.
apparently Park has a good eye for talent picking Yoo Byung Soo over Yeom. he also had Kang Su Il on the bench who is also a great young player to watch at incheon.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CfItT-GhUHM&feature=player_embedded#!Gu Ja Cheol -> Yoo Byung Soo.....2014 cant come soon enough.
LOL. It's not Park who called up Kang Su-il. He was there because this was a charity match that was designed to promote racial diversity. And no, Kang Su-il isn't a "great young player."
which is a worthy cause btw as for Kang 16 matches 9 starts 7 substitutions and 4 goals 1 assist. and for only 22 those are pretty good numbers.
Make that five goals and one assist in 26 matches. This year, he scored two goals in 12 starts. Hardly enough for a 23 year old to be considered a great young player. Only reason he was at the charity match, once again, is because he's the only muti-racial Korean player in the K-League. It wasn't Park Ji-sung's great eye for talent
