My google-fu is weak today. Does anyone have a link where I can find printable copies of some referee-wallet-sized score sheets?

More Right-handed tyranny hoisted on all us poor, drag your hand through your writing, Left-handed victims.

Gave these up after getting pen and sharpie all over my hand.

Here's one that I've developed, similar to the previous ones: http://bit.ly/aKWcif.

The grey square in the corner is used for Age, Division, and Report Number since the card is just a blank copy of the layout I use for my database. If anyone has Filemaker 11 and wants a database template, feel free to PM me.

What program do you guys use to make these sheets? I've always been curious...

    Thanks.

Heresy alert: I just use a blank index card, it fits nicely in the OSI wallet. I write each team's name and colours at the top, write KO next to whoever lost the coin toss and then scribble whatever I need to on the rest of the card. I usually just write the minute a goal is scored in, player #, minute and caution/dismissal code if there is any unpleasantness.
If I am being diligent, on the other side I write the date, competition level, other officials etc. I generally don't need that info during the match, so it seems silly to have it cluttering up the card. After the match, it all goes in my database, so the fact that the card is all scribbles doesn't really matter.
Since I need reading glasses for any close-up work (some would say I need glasses for everything else as well), all those little boxes on the pre-printed forms don't work too well for me.
I do have some of the coated cards for rainy days.
I also make a card with a grid on it for any match that might end in kicks from the mark. This virtually guarantees a result long before that might happen.

The big problem I have is either sweat, or worse rain, tends to soak the card I write on.

I'd buy the "Write in the Rain" pads from OSI but that format is terrible.

Instead, I buy their stock paper and cut my own sheets out. They also sell 4x6 sized grid-lined sheets which would fit well. A no. 2 pencil works very well with them and they do a really good job in all sorts of wet conditions.

Ditto, except that I use post-it index cards so that they stick in the wallet and I don't have to worry about tucking it in. Plus, they're cheap at Staples.

I have a set of the write-on cards but I find the Sharpie too blunt and I end up being unable to read it. That, and the fact that they're a pain to clean.

Try spraying a little Deep Woods Off on a towel and wipe clean. Takes a couple of seconds.
