Well it's premature to comment if that's just a speculative group of players. Really sad if Pino isn't called now when he finally is a regular starter for monaco and in form.

Out-of-form Aguilar they call but In-form Pino they ignore. Well tomorrow comes the official list let's see how much this varies from that.

in form Pino he didn't play last game has 0 goals this season.....

    very grateful
For no Luis Perea, Ivan Cordoba and hope they didnt get called because of the Euro cups but hope Bolillo just doesn't call them ever.

Only players missing are Henriquez of Once Caldas and Ceballos of Dept Cali for defenders. For strikers Marco Perez has lit it up in Argentina

Exactly. Pino put Monaco into the French cup final and in that game was Monaco's biggest threat.

In the games he played at the end of the season he either assisted or collaborated on more than 50% of the team's goals.

Is that not enough to get a call-up to two meaningless friendlies?

Lets be positive but I tell you I AM SICK AND TIRED OF HEARING OF PINO!!!

He is good but he just isnt picked. There must be a reason. Its not like Colombia does not see Falcao as our future and they just blank him out of the sele.

Caracol never mention Pino, it must be Pino's attitude. He looks incredibly arrogant. Maybe he is hard to manage, their must be some undercurrent to this guy. There just has to be. Why wouldnt DT's want the best for the sele.

Pino was just not getting any playing time for Monaco. Most people pointing to injuries, but there could be other factors.

If he starts to play well again and scores amazing goals I am sure he will be called up for friendlies.

if he was so hard to manage he wouldnt be one of monacos most important players..he would be gone or eating bench..and the argument that he doesnt pass is just BS, just watch him play, he plays defense also..i just find it incredible how a player of his caliber has not even gotten a REAL chance in la sele...maybe our DT's dont like good players...they may want the best for the sele but for the last 12 years their best has gotten us no where..Ramos is the closest thing we have to Pino, im glad at least he was called

When he was player of the month in France, he got called to a friendly against HAITI and wasn't put in for a minute in a game that allowed 6 subs. The only other friendly was against catalunya. And in that game even Harrison Otalvaro was called.

Just read the Maturana interview posted earlier. He didn't play Harold Lozano because he tried to make a play that didn't work out. The coaches DO NOT like our players who try to make something happen. They prefer to play Barrabas or Fabian Vargas.

I guarantee you guys Pino will not be called to the tournament in Mexico coming up. So how is he supposed to work himself into the team? Then comes Copa America and the excuse will be he doesn't have experience. then Qualifiers. then god forbid he gets injured again or goes out of form. How the hell is he supposed to ever get on the team?

Look at every other country. Gio dos santos NEVER played in England. but Mexico knew he was quality and he became the player of Copa oro. Mati Fernandez and Chile. Park for awhile in Man Utd. You do not let your exceptional players go to waste, which is exactly what is happening to Pino.
