CONGRATS TO NOTTS COUNTY FC FOR WINNING LEAGUE 2
    and promotion to league 1

Notts County secured the League Two title following a convincing 5-0 win at relegated Darlington. The Magpies took the lead in the 33rd minute when Delroy Facey found Johnnie Jackson 12 yards out and his tame shot somehow went in under Darlington goalkeeper Nick Liversedge.

Leeds United have won promotion back to the Championship at the third time of asking while Gillingham have been relegated on the last day of the season

Huddersfield Town 0::0 Millwall at the Galpharm Stadium

Millwall have lost out in the play-off semi-finals four times over the last 20 years and suffered the anguish of defeat in the final at Wembley against Scunthorpe last year, but they are clearly ready to dispense with their reputation as play-off fall-guys judging by this resolute display.

Dag & Red thrash Morecambe in League Two play-off
    Dagenham & Redbridge 6::0 Morecambe
Josh Scott scored four goals as Dagenham & Redbridge beat Morecambe 6-0 in the first leg of their League Two play-off semi-final at Victoria Road.
Dagenham took just four minutes to open the scoring, through Paul Benson. Scott struck four times in 34 minutes, with Benson scoring another.
John Still's side will head to Christie Park on Thursday knowing only a remarkable comeback can stop them reaching Wembley.

Swindon Town might come back to regret not getting a bigger lead after the first leg.

I think Millwall definitely likes their situation going into the 2nd leg.

Swindon Town will compete for the chance to return to the Championship for the first time in a decade after beating Charlton to a place in the play-off final. Stephen Darby struck the decisive penalty after the home side had finished level after extra-time, setting up a Wembley showdown on 29 May with either Millwall or Huddersfield, who meet tomorrow night in the other semi-final.

On our way: the Dagenham players celebrate after reaching the League Two play off final

Dagenham booked their place in the League Two play-off final against Rotherham at Wembley on May 30 as Morecambe bade an emotional and victorious farewell to Christie Park.
The tie was effectively over after John Still's men recorded a thumping 6-0 first-leg victory last Sunday but Morecambe refused to lie down in front of their own supporters.

John Still turns pipe dream into reality for Daggers

Dag & Red, who were playing in the Isthmian League just 10 years ago, won promotion to the third tier of English football in a scintillating League Two play-off final on Sunday.
The domestic season closed with one of the most romantic successes possible; a decade after playing Canvey Island and Heybridge Swifts, Dagenham will face Southampton and Sheffield Wednesday in League One.
