    Re: Diego Buonanotte

It doesn't state it in the article but some posters were saying that the asking price is 4-5 mil. I'm not sure if America would be willing to shell out that much for him. If he does come to America we would need to get rid of one of our foreigners, no?

I would rather see us pick up a D-mid. I honestly don't know why Arguello was let go.

    Re: Diego Buonanotte

Well, look what he's been doing at Jaguares - nothing. You think he'd be eager to prove himself, but no. I don't understand why we can't just stick to one D-mid (Pavel) and have two attacking mids. Lately Chucho has been sticking Rosinei back there with Pavel and I don't understand why.

    ----------------Pavel------------------
    ---------------------------------------
    ----Esqueda---------Boza/Reyna/Silva*-
    ---------------------------------------
    --------Buonanotte-----Rolfi-----------
    ---------------------------------------
    ---------------Cabanas----------------

    hmmm

*this spot is where I think we have a bit of wiggle room. iirc Silva, Reyna, and Beausejour all are left footed. I haven't given up on Torito yet. I had hoped those offseason games would be a great start, but nothing developed. Esqueda got his rhythm, though.

Buonanotte would be a great pickup. I've seen him play and he's the real deal.

He's most definitely a good player, although who would we need to get rid of?

    Re: Diego Buonanotte

    Rosinei, or even Boza

Boza started of great but then had a downward peak...this comes as well with the horrible play weve had. Rosinei has played very well as of lately so I dont know what Ordiales and Chucho have in mind since he is only on loan. No more news on colombian Jackson, which I would like to have come in...He's a young strong forward.

El enano has very good mobility and is incredibly fast! I would like to see him but I dont see where he could play, he has the ability to become a great playmaker so I would like to have him.

Now price is different, Francis said something along the lones of 4-5 million, from what he heard on TyC during the River game. Which I think is outrageous, I dont think he is worth that much right now. And I hope America is not willing to pay that amount. Those same numbers are running with the Jackson signing...We dnt need to be paying that much money for any player right now...

I know its a lil early but this is what i would like to see for next season...

To be honest I'd rather we keep JB....I didn't know Rosinei was on loan.

Ahora se me ocurrio, que opinan de Luis Noriega...se me hace una buena opcion para comprar, buen contencion de lucha...y tendriamos que recojer a Arguello tambien

I just heard something crazy about Landon Donovan going to America. Any truth in that? That might mean Salvador is leaving, No.

    Re: Diego Buonanotte

I second that, Buonanotte has been linked more with Cruz Azul than America.

Luis Noriega, meh we could do better.

I really dont like Donovan, and i enjoy his failures. If he comes to America there will be mixed feelings. I think I could put aside my hate while he plays for America, IF he produces good results. At every other time, fack him though. Plus itll bring a lot more attention to America, itll be another reason for people to hate.

If Cabanas was to leave, it would most likely be after the World Cup. I think a change upfront would do us good though. Cabanas isnt the player he used to be for us. Hes not as consistent anymore. Maybe defenders have figured him out or he lacks someone to created more chances. Hes pretty selfish now, i dont like that.

I can tell you this, you'll gain a crapload more support if Donovan comes your way. More support equals more revenue. Anyway you shake that, it's a good thing for CA. He's a brilliant player and the very best the US has to offer. You could do a lot worse.

I for one would support CA if he joined your club.

If Landon Donovan scores against the perras or chundas or gatas, I think you'd change your tune, dude. I think everyone would. Not saying I'd like this transfer very much, but the guy can score with regularity.

I would hate it if he joined the team. However I would continue to support America no matter what. I wasn't too big on the Ramon Ramirez transfer cuz I knew he was going to blow, although seeing him in an America shirt was a good blow to the chivas.

Anyway, this forum would probably crash! I could only imagine the type of shiz that would go down.

Honestly, I'd watch America more just to see what the fans would say to Landon Donovan. America would turn into the Cowboys of the MFL getting a controversial player. In this case the only controversy would be that he is American.

I think if he started scoring on Chivas or Cruz Azul it would make fans Landy-Curious.

Landy boy would thrive in Mexico. I have mixed feelings (as a spurned boyfriend from his Quakes days and a Green Jersey loving Mexican).
I was elated to see him fail on Sunday. Although, to my credit, I have always recognized that he is a supremely soccer skilled homosexual.

and you are shitting your self over that?
if that were to happen he would be over 30 by then, you can keep your panties on.

and I don't think it will happen, the MLS prolly wants a lot of money for a player that is not wort what they ask, unless he comes as a loaned player for a year, and like I said before I rather America brings Nery, he needs to play in order to make the world cup squad.

    Rojas-----Aquivaldo--Valenzuela-Jagger-

    --------Pavel---------Beausejour---------

    ----Esqueda-------Rolfi-----------Nery-----
    ------------------Cabañas----------------

thats a team I would like to see.
