Any Poli Timisoara fans around here who can explain the meaning of this banner to me?

The pics were taken from the Borussia M'gladbach away section in Bremen last Saturday.

    Re: Poli Timisoara

I never understood why Poli fans blame only the Federation and TAS. The real culprits for the situation are the local officials that gave the team to a guy like Zambon, years ago.

But anyway, Poli is right and I hope justice will be done. I am a Craiova fan, but Poli will always be one of my favorite clubs.

Also, considering the points they are likely to get back that was deducted, and they'd be first place comfortably.

By the way, it's only appropriate, especially at this stage in the season to make this thread official.

Shame too, because if they would have won and not ********ed up so many times at home, they could easily have become Champions.

Hey guys....glad to see Poli take an important away draw against Shaktar....i was wondering if anyone here can give me any info on how Winston Parks has been doing in Romania? I saw that he assisted in todays first goal...but left with an injury (IMO he's a great talent but injuries have slowed down his potential throughout his career). Are you guys happy with Winston? How long will Winston be out with this injury? I'd appreciate any info since i think he has a shot at making our NT in the near future since our coach Rodrigo Kenton knows him from Winstons U-23 days with Costa Rica. Thanks.

Great result for Timisoara. I've seen the game on the net. Bucur scored 2 goals, the second one a great goal, on counterattack. Parks played well for the time he was in. He's very technical and strong in the same time. Parks and Bucur is an interesting attacking couple. I hope Parks can recover soon from the injury.
Sahtior are still the favorites, but Poli have their chances.

Poli qualified and one step closer to the CL. Have not seen the second leg, in the 1st they played well. It's a nice reward for their great supporters.

Hey Vamos Ticos :) You probably noticed that, after a quick recovery, Winston played in the second leg against Shakhtar and he did it well. He is doing great in Timisoara and the fans adore him. Some of their quotes on our forum: "He is unbelievable, he kept running with an injured leg and he hasn't stopped until after serving Gigel Bucur perfectly for the goal. 99% of the players would have fallen, asking for the free kick"; "I kept saying it: nobody can stop him"; "Magnificent"; "Parks!!! My favourite! He ridiculed their entire defensive" and so on. We had a different coach last season and he was very cautious with Winston because of his previous injury, he used to send him in the field for the last 30 minutes or so, during which he usually scored once or even twice. With our new coach, this season, he trained at full capacity and you noticed his sprint in the 87th minute against Shakhtar (the second leg), he could have started over after 90 minutes :) he is in a great physicall condition. Poli is playing a rather defensive style, with quick and lethal counteratacks and Winston fits that profile perfectly. Winston is very popular and loved not only amongst the fans, but amongst his team mates as well, he turned many games with his goals. :D

Nice to see a real Poli fan finding the way to this forum! :)

How do you rate your chances against Stuttgart?

Thats great to hear!...Parks has always been a good player...but he has always been unlucky with a lot of injuries...I saw he scored again this weekend in Romania...i hope he continues to help out Poli not only in the local league but in Champions League play too. If he can stay healthy and keep playing well he will definitely be on the Costa Rica national team soon.

Thanks, its good to be here. :)
Our chances against Stuttgat are fairly slim, but then again with Shakhtar they were even slimmer. So we'll be there to support our boys and hopefully to win. Poli always wins at home, the exceptions are very rare.
Then we'll go to Stuttgart, our team will have numerous fans there. Some fans took the trip to Donetsk and that was really brave considering the distance, they said it felt like falling off the map. :p
Bottom line, there is hope, with courage and a little bit of luck we could eliminate the germans. Hopefully we will!!

Yup, Winston scored again, not surprisingly, he plays well in all the games, a very constant player. If he could score against the germans as well, that would be really awesome. :D I'm glad you can watch the games, probably online. Let's pray and hope that he won't get injured, he is very strong and extremely fast, but sadly, his misfortune with those injurries really held him back for a while in the past. Other players, after an injury, are a little too cautious because they don’t want to repeat what happened and they no longer play very well, but that's not the case with Parks, you saw him. I'd like to wish your national team the best of luck in all the upcoming games, we are truly grateful for Winston. :)

Stuttgart only gets a full stadium against international "big names" (i.e. they had only about 30,000 attendance against Zenit last season, although the Russians were UEFA Cup title holders), so your away fans will surely have a chance to be heard on tv. ;)

Btw: Wow, your first goalie (he could be Lehmann's son:) must be pretty tall! :))
