Well, in the spirit of Revs Fan 1, it is time to start going viral and ask forgiveness later. The season opener is April 5 which is 11 days away. It is time to publicize a Viewing Party. Word on the street is that it will be at Grafton Street and that further information will be forthcoming from the Breakers. i just figured with the days leading up shrinking, it was time to get a list going.

Me too. Has anyone actually ever been to Grafton St? I checked out the place on their website and couldn't seem to see 1 TV in any of the pictures?? No mention of it as a "place to watch...."

I would be really up for looking for a real footie bar for the next viewing. I'm sure if we had anywhere near the number that showed at the Grafton that Ray at the Banshee would give us the second floor and we could all have access to seats and tables. It was a great turnout though.

I agree. Grafton St is in no way suitable for a viewing.

Especially with no competition against us tonight. A real sports bar was in order tonight and we were stuck in an upscale restaraunt struggling to hear the match on televisions more appropriate for a bathroom.

That said, I really appreciate the Breakers for making that effort...Something that took the Revs 13 years to do was done for the first match...well done. And the Mac n' Cheese was simply awesome!

Great turnout especially nice to see the number of people that came from outside of Boston! :) I wanted to get chants going, but I'm not sure how well that would have gone over given the environment. On the plus side, we did have sound.

I will heading down as well. Can never have too much soccer. Plus my friend played at Fairleigh Dickinson DI and a teammate of hers(from club days) plays for Puke Blue FC. :D Should be fun even if it is another trip to the pollution state!
