The one I put up is 2008 They probably got re-interested in him. Oh and Catania did sign a tapon, Carboni, but they only had one this season, Biagianti. And i'm pretty sure with the new coach's (forgot his name) system they use 2 tapones, they use a 4-4-1-1. So it's in between Biagianti, Carboni, and Cevasco if signed to fight the starting spots there.

Yeah, he has to play in 75% of la sele games in the past 2 years. Don't think he qualifies.

 

They have to appeal it or something, they can probably get him the permit but it will be hard since he wasn't in 75% of Peru's "A" matches, he was in 40%, twice on bench, twice a starter (in the Eliminatorias). Damn it Chemo why the fuk didn't you call him up??? If they are already trying to pass the permit though then that means Penny has agreed to everything and now if he gets the permit he just has to sign.
