What worries me about Caicedo is that he is not even on Man City's bench any more. You also forgot Borja - he has two hat-tricks with Mainz and there is a very good chance they'll win promotion to the 1st Liga next year.
Caicedo had a good move to Man City, he should be loaned to a team that can provide him playing time where he can keep his skills up...he does come off the bench most of the time, but man, it pisses me off that he's not starting, cuz if he was on the pitch since the beginning, he can make a big difference.

I'll admit that I was very upset, because I knew he was making a mistake, and he admitted it...sometimes ppl's egos get so big that they won't accept their faults and mistakes, it looked as if he was in that group, but his maturity to say he made a mistake shows that he is definitely making progress...I'm still a bit skeptical just by my nature, but I have faith he'll show up in big games so that he can prove that he still belongs.
I hope he isn't coming back because he wants to play France... but because he really wants to help the NT reach SA2010.
Has anyone heard if I. Kaviedes will be called up for the game against France or the the Eliminatorias. I have to say he was the key to the victory against Peru. When we play against France I would hope we go with all our best and experienced players.
Dude how many chances will you give him. He is a great player, but he is not the team. Without Alex, we managed to qualify when many said we were done. Not one player will make the team. We have a lot of great talent, who sweat it hard to participate, give them a chance to shine.

Anybody see Santos-Cruz Azul match last night? Benitez had a beautiful goal and an assist as Santos won the away leg 2-1. Now at home they should be able to wrap up the championship. Benitez in his current form will be a crucial part of the national team, as he plays a dual role of striker and playmaker. Hopefully he can reproduce his club form at the international level.
