I am very excited about switching from directv to dish today, primiarliy because I really miss RAI International. I miss watching all the games on the weekend, and the FSC and gol games usually are not what I want to watch. However, for those of you with RAI Int., how often do they show Napoli games? It appears that since I last had RAI, they now show a LOT more serie B games than they used to. However, is it usually just Juventus? I am hoping to catch at least a few of the remaining Napoli games this season!!

They've shown 3 Napoli games this season and one Napoli Coppa Italia game, so 4 all together, I think. They play Serie B games most every saturday morning and sometimes friday and monday after noon, if there is a game and they have the rights.

RAI doesn't have the rights to any Napoli home games so if a Napoli game is on ... it's an away game.

Next season in Serie A they should play alot more Napoli games.

Will they be able to show Napoli home games next year in serie A? Who has the rights to show Napoli home games in the USA? Wouldn't that be separate from the Italian rights???

Fox Soccer Channel got exclusive rights to show Italian games starting next year (I think it was a 4 year deal). Obviously, people with RAI International will continue to be able to get the games they currently get (especially the awesome La Grande Giostra dei Goal). What I've heard is that FSC will give Serie A the same type of coverage they currently give to the English Premier League... The 'Bobby McMahon' treatment on Fox Soccer Report, shows specific about Serie A similar to the EPL Review and EPL Preview shows.

All in all, it's really good news for Serie A fans. GolTV is fine for Serie A but I get the feeling they don't have much in the way of budget to really do the games much justice.

ya i wouldn't count on RAI showing too many games.
Their seria B coverage consists mainly of showing juve games
Expect to be able to watch the last game of the season which is vs. Genoa @ Genoa. And the playoff games if napoli falls in the play-off zone by the end of the season.
