Barry Bonds may not be the best rep for MLS or even MLB for that matter, but it does speak in volumes about the growth of soccer and MLS in America with our league being more and more in the spot light...Bonds in an MLS jersey and making the press is not totally a bad thing! I could think of worst, like maybe a L.A. gang banger shooting ten people with a Galaxy jersey on and the cops looking for this guy in a Galaxy jersey...

Wouldn't read too much into it. DCU and the SF Giants share a common owner.

Probably cuz most of us are from LA, which means there's a good chance we hate both DC and the Giants....which in my case is 100% true.

 

I expect Bonds was just showing his great admiration for and solidarity with Marion Berry...

I just don't really follow baseball that much.
