    wow.... Hondura´s coach is hospitalized

Banny Lozano who played for PLATENSE is going to be playing for the NACIONAL DE URUGUAY so that is a great opportunity for him. I hope he can be successful there and showcase his skills. I have not seen this kid play, he must have some skill to be going to the best team in Uruguay? any updates on this. I have just seen small reports about this.

Carlo Costly, he will be playing in Poland for 6 months. I hope he does well also so he can take advantage of this great opportunity. He is going to a good team they were the champs in the winter tournament apparently. Platense, they just sent 2 of there players to South American and Europe good for them.

How come Olimipia couldnt send WILSON PALACIOS out ? that doesnt make sense. Theres past years a lot of the Mexican teams have shyed away from purchasing HOnduran players. I guess they dont want to help the enemy get better perhaps? Mexico has a great league. It would be nice to see more Honduran players playing there.

He has not yet signed. He is on trial at this point. There is no 'winter tournament' they just got winter break.Belchatow is a leader in the middle of the 2006/07 season. :)

As I said he has not yet signed but you correct it's going to be 6 months loan if he signs.
Tere is no winter tournaments in Europie. There is only winter break in some leagues. They don't have apertura & clausura or winter & summer champs. There is one champion for entire season 2006/07 e.g. English Premier League.Belchatow is a leader in the middle of the 2006/07 season. This team is not a champion and never was.:)

I will clarify what a winter champion is for those of you that don't really know.

Currently, Barca (Spa) is their winter champion: that doesn't mean they won the Opening championship, or the winter championship. It just means that upto this point they're considered the winter championship. That obviously means nothing in the long run, because the actual title is won at the end.

Some countries, however, have an opening and closing championship, or even a summer/winter stage, in which two different titles are in dispute. For instance, most Latin American leagues fit into this category.

So, basically Belchatow (Pl), without having won an actual title, are "winter champs". :)

yea i wasnt expecting much Chelato fielded a weak team, i see he still uses fossils (Velasquez) in his call ups.

    This was the line up

Víctor Coello- hasnt been playing the same, im guessing hes out of form
Maynor Figueroa- Young defender from Olimpia, could be a Sammy Caballero
Mario Beata- havent seen him play in a while
Víctor Bernárdez- errrr dont know much about him
Sergio Mendoza-Im surprised he still playing , wonder if hes any good anymore
Emilio Izaguirre- Young player from Holland 2005
Jorge Claros- Still a young player in development
Dennis Ferrera- isnt this guy old?
    Wilson Palacios- hes ever improving
Wilmer Velásquez-hes too old for development
    Jairo Martínez- hes garbage
