i know, so mad. well, shit happens and sometimes, Sharks look like they just want to skate around the ice and not try to actually play hockey. But credit to the Ducks, their team is solid. Pronger (hate him with all my heart) and Neidermayer are just too good. The only good part about this game was the fight b/w Scott Parker and a dude that looked like he played in "Slapshot"
Great to see the Bruins finally putting it together. I never got how we can be so bad, we have 2 good top lines, with some combination of: Savard, Murray, Sturm, Bergeron, Boyes, and Kessel. We just needed to find the right combos, the defense wa sbad with Stuart out and goaltending inconsistent(but I thought it was more defensive. Savard has been worth every penny we gave him, 23 points already in 18 games, playing with Murray(who is on pace for 40+ goals and 90 points). Bergeron and Boyes have been very good on the second line, if only Sturm can get it together. Anyways, 6-3-1 in the last 10 games, improving....
I'm going to watch Lightning-Senators in Tampa on Sunday. Why, oh why, couldn't it be three years ago? And on an unrelated note, this just in: The Coyotes still suck.
My lineup for last week and this week: 11/20 - Pens @ Flyers: 5-3 Win for the good guys 11/22 - Sens @ Flyers: 3-2 Sens win and I got to see Heatley live 11/25 - Rangers @ Pens: Crosby and Co again...hopefully he'll play 11/29 - Predators @ Flyers: Kariya and Co live in action 12/01 - Pens @ Devils: Crosby and Co three times in 10 days...sweet
Friday night: Islanders @ Pittsburgh...I'll be there. I still get access to the NHL Media website even though I quit the sports statistics game.
