USSF hosted a teleconference from Miami this afternoon with US Coach Bob Bradley and first choice keeper Tim Howard.
The team trained this morning in Miami and will do so again tomorrow, after which they will depart for Mexico City.
There will be no team training in Mexico prior to the match. Bradley says he's going with the USOC study which says that "if you don't have enough time to properly acclimatize" - generally considered to be about ten days - then "going in late is your best bet".
There were 14 players in training today, with Altidore, Bradley and Feilhaber arriving this afternoon along with the three guys from Houston (Ching, Holden and Clark).
Lots of questions about going into the Big Bad Scary Horrifying Azteca Where American Teams Are Supposed to Go to Die© kind of like the Elephant Graveyard only with bags of urine.
The team will disperse immediately after the match for their respective clubs.
