The Cleveland City Stars will play in USL-1 next year. Well, that makes sense, they're a popular and successful club, and USL-1 will be short one team otherwise. Will it do any good to remind people that the last couple of USL relegations were for financial reasons? Will it do any good to remind people that on-field results have, in the words of Joey Saputo, Jacques Merde to do with promotion and relegation in the USL?
