Specifically, his bafflement about LA Times columnist/humorist T.J. Hooker.
Today, TJ answers hate mail from people who make what I consider the entirely reasonable point that, if Team Beckham doesn't feel there's any benefit from sitting down to an interview, then Team Beckham is under no obligation to do so.*
I'm one of the laziest writers in an Indo-European language, but I gotta say, I'm impressed with this. Yesterday, TJ doesn't do an interview. Today, he doesn't even write a column. Two days' pay. Now THAT's a business model.
So, if you guys don't mind, I'm going to take the comments to this thread, and post them in a separate post, and credit it towards my own work.
Gotta make sure I get enough negative comments, though. Hm....
Hey, how about that lousy South American economy, huh? Boy, it sure is lousy!
There, that oughta do it.
*Oh, was I too lazy to include a link? How thoughtless of me. (Seriously, you're missing nothing.)
